É impossível avaliar o que seu cabelo realmente precisa só pela porosidade do fio. Existem muitas outras coisas que indicam como está a saúde do seu cabelo, como a aparência, o toque, a força. Enfim, tudo isso é importante ser observado com atenção para obter um diagnostico mais completo.
Entendendo a composição do fio
Antes de identificar o que seu cabelo precisa, você precisa entender primeiro como funciona a composição do fio. Quase 90% do cabelo é composto por queratina, uma proteína formada de aminoácidos que é responsável pela integridade dos fios. Os outros 10% são de água, lipídeos, glicogênio, ácido glutâmico e outros minerais.
A exposição diária ao sol, uso de secador e chapinha, processos químicos e etc contribuem para que nossos cabelos percam níveis de nutrientes e minerais importantes para a saúde deles. É por isso que nosso cabelo nem sempre precisa de uma mesma coisa – as vezes ele pode precisar de hidratação, outras de nutrição e assim vai… Pode acontecer também de você hidratar hoje e daqui um mês precisar fazer uma reconstrução porque as necessidades mudam conforme as agressões que ele for passando.
Identificando o problema
Para fazer o diagnostico como uma expert você precisa analisa-lo com muita atenção. Pronta? Então, comece tocando nos fios… O que você sente? Eles estão suaves? Ásperos? Como está o brilho? Sente ele poroso? Tá com queda? Oleoso?
O que seu cabelo está dizendo?
Se seu cabelo estiver sem brilho, ressecado ou áspero o que ele precisa é de HIDRATAÇÃO. A hidratação repõe a água que é necessário para que o nosso cabelo fique mais brilhante e macio. Dizem que o ideal é hidratar a cada 10 lavagens, mas como eu disse lá em cima, nosso cabelo nem sempre tem a mesma necessidade.
Se seu cabelo estiver poroso, desalinhado ou com muito frizz significa que ele precisa de NUTRIÇÃO. A nutrição (ou umectação) serve para repor os lipídios e a oleosidade responsável por manter nosso cabelo saudável e alinhado. Quem tem cabelo oleoso geralmente acredita que não vai precisar nunca fazer nutrição, mas isso nem sempre é verdade… As vezes, a oleosidade produzida pelo nosso couro cabeludo não está conseguindo chegar até a ponta dos cabelos, fazendo com que o fio fique poroso e com muito frizz. Pra resolver isso, você vai precisar recorrer a nutrição, mesmo se sua raiz for oleosa.
Se seu cabelo estiver frágil, caindo muito ou elástico quer dizer que ele precisa de RECONSTRUÇÃO. A reconstrução serve para repor a massa, a queratina, as proteínas e os aminoácidos que geralmente são perdidos nos processos químicos e nas agressões causadas pelo secador e pela chapinha. Esse tratamento não deixa os cabelos mais macios ou brilhantes, muito pelo contrário… As vezes, os fios até ficam rígidos, mas isso só acontece porque a estrutura do fio foi restabelecida.
Entender seu cabelo é o primeiro passo para mante-lo sempre lindo e saudável. Com o tempo você vai adquirindo mais experiência e, em breve, não vai nem precisar mais fazer testes tão minuciosos… só de olhar pra ele, você já vai saber.
